Wealth and Asset Management

(9-10 June 2017)

Design your permanent portfolios to create wealth over the long term

Individuals everywhere are in the position of wanting to create wealth from the savings that they have built up over time and are confronted with many choices as to where to invest; whether to use a mutual fund and if so which.

WEALTH AND ASSET MANAGEMENT is designed for those who are unable to allocate much time and effort to making investment decisions. The goal of the program is to design a permanent portfolio that satisfies individual goals and requires no further effort.

This program is not about theory; it is about practice. All the tools and techniques presented during the program have been applied in real-life investing situations and are based on sound concepts. Also unlike most other programs, this program is unique in offering an unbiased clear perspective without any hidden agendas.

Program Objectives

The main objective of the program is to provide participants with the tools and techniques to enable them to design a portfolio suitable for their individual investment objectives. To achieve this participants are systematically introduced to:

  • various asset classes: stocks, bonds, money and derivatives
  • investment strategies using these assets and instruments
  • vehicles for investment: mutual funds and direct investment
  • evaluating mutual funds

This is not a 'get rich quick' program but a financial education program designed to enable participants to design portfolios to create wealth over the long term.

Program Benefits

Participants will learn:

  • Why asset allocation is important
  • What are the different liquid asset classes
  • To clearly define investment objectives
  • How to use different assets to achieve those objectives
